1. 向誰提出要求

如你希望 Inside Health Limited 刪除與你有關、由我們控制的資料，請電郵至 [email protected]，主旨寫「資料刪除要求 / Data deletion request」。

本頁適用於 Inside Health 網站、Inside Health Publisher Meta App，以及相關內部編採工具保存的資料。你不需要先登入我們的工具才能提出要求。

2. 電郵應包括甚麼

請提供足以定位資料的最少資訊：

• 希望刪除的資料或處理範圍，例如聯絡電郵、連接帳號資料、研究副本或涉及你的特定素材。
• 相關帳號的公開名稱／profile URL、原帖網址或與我們往來的電郵地址；如有 App 顯示的帳號識別碼，可一併提供。
• 可用來回覆你的電郵地址；如代表其他人提出要求，請說明關係及授權。

不要寄送密碼、一次性驗證碼、API token 或完整身份證副本。 我們只會在有實際需要時要求合理的補充核實資料，並會說明用途。

3. 撤銷 Meta 連接

若你曾授權 Inside Health Publisher，可在相關平台設定中找出該 App 並撤銷授權：

• Facebook：在設定的 Apps and Websites／應用程式和網站中管理連接。
• Instagram 或 Threads：在該平台的網站權限／已連接 App 設定中管理；選單名稱可能隨版本改變。

撤銷授權用於停止後續獲授權存取；不保證即時清除我們已保存的副本。如希望我們同時刪除，請按上方方法電郵提出要求。一般網站讀者或公開帖文的當事人未必曾授權我們的 App，亦可以直接聯絡我們。

本頁提供人工申請說明，並非聲稱已有自動刪除 callback、即時狀態查詢頁或即時刪除功能。

4. 收到後怎樣處理

我們會核實要求範圍及身份，查找受影響資料，並按適用法律及平台要求刪除或停止相關處理。範圍包括我們控制的帳號連接資料、存取憑證、相關使用中副本，以及可識別個人的研究文字、影像、影片或其他衍生資料。

我們會以電郵回覆收件及處理結果。如需補充資料、未找到記錄、只可完成部分要求，或有適用的保留理由，會作出說明。提出要求不代表我們已確認持有該資料。

一般處理目標：7個工作日內確認收件，在具備足夠核實及定位資料後30日內處理一般刪除要求。 如適用法律或平台要求更快處理，按該要求辦理；如有確實複雜情況，會說明原因及預計時間。這些目標不取代法定的資料查閱或更正處理期限。

5. 刪除的範圍與限制

我們不能代你刪除 Facebook、Instagram、Threads、YouTube、其他發布者或獨立第三方控制的原帖、轉載或帳號。需要時應另向相關方申請。

我們會處理自己控制的副本及受委託供應商的相關副本。備份及快取可能需要不同的清理步驟；在完成前須限制相關資料使用，恢復備份時亦須避免重新帶回已刪除資料。回覆會說明適用情況，不會聲稱撤銷 App 後所有副本即時消失。

如有具體、適用的法律義務或合法保留理由，可能只保留必要的最少記錄，並在回覆中說明。編採紀錄或成本帳目本身不構成保留所有原始個人資料的理由；平台要求刪除的資料仍須遵從其適用規定。已不可逆地去識別化、不能再合理連結至個人的統計資料，可能不在可識別個人資料的刪除範圍內。

1. Submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request to ask Inside Health Limited to delete data about you under our control. This covers the Inside Health website, the Inside Health Publisher Meta app and related internal editorial tools. You do not need an account or login to make a request.

Provide only the information needed to locate the data: the requested scope, relevant contact email or public account/profile/post link, any available app account identifier, and a reply address. If acting for someone else, explain your authority. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API tokens or a complete identity-document copy. We may request proportionate additional verification and explain why it is needed.

2. Disconnect a Meta account

You can revoke Inside Health Publisher through the relevant platform’s connected-app settings. On Facebook, look for Apps and Websites. Instagram and Threads offer website-permission/connected-app settings; labels can change.

Revocation stops subsequent authorized access but does not guarantee deletion of copies already retained. Email us if you also want those copies deleted. Website visitors and people appearing in public source material can contact us even if they never connected an account.

This page describes a manual request route. It does not claim an automated deletion callback, instant deletion or an online status portal.

3. Handling and response targets

After proportionate verification, we will locate relevant records and delete or cease processing as required by applicable law and platform terms. This includes relevant account connection data, credentials, active copies and identifiable editorial derivatives under our control.

We will reply by email with acknowledgement and the outcome, explaining any need for further details, absence of matching records, partial completion or applicable retention grounds. A request does not establish that we hold the data.

Our general targets are acknowledgement within 7 working days and handling ordinary deletion requests within 30 days after sufficient verification and record-location information is available. Faster applicable legal or platform requirements take priority. We will explain genuine complications and the expected timeline. These targets do not replace statutory deadlines for access or correction requests.

4. Scope and limitations

We cannot delete source posts, third-party reposts or accounts controlled by Meta, YouTube or independent publishers; contact those parties separately. We will address our own relevant copies and copies held by processors for us. Backups and caches may require separate steps: affected data must be restricted pending handling, and restoration must not reintroduce deleted data into ordinary use. Our response will explain applicable limitations.

Specific legal obligations or other applicable retention grounds may require a minimum record; we will explain them. Editorial records or cost ledgers are not a blanket reason to retain all underlying personal data, and applicable platform deletion obligations still apply. Irreversibly de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual may fall outside a personal-data deletion request.
